I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was extremely friendly. The location was superb, right opposite Wakayama coach station, making it very convenient. The dining experience was delightful, especially the yummy Pork Belly on the menu. However, the facilities were a bit lacking compared to the price point.
